Adding Custom Cutting Templates Through the Mietubl Cloud

You cannot upload external designs directly from the Mietubl screen protector cutting machine. The machine uses a cloud database and does not support direct machine uploads of SVG, AI, PDF, CorelDRAW, or other outside files. To add a custom design, send the design file to the data team, which will convert it into a cutting-compatible template and upload it to the Mietubl cloud database.

Prepare the Custom Design

Provide a clear design with accurate measurements. The submitted design can be a photo, vector file, CAD drawing, or another design file. Clear content and accurate dimensions give the data team the documented information needed to convert the design into a template that is compatible with the cutting machine.

Follow the Cloud Template Process

1. Send the design file to the data team. Submit the custom photo, vector file, CAD drawing, or other available design file with its accurate measurements.
2. Allow the team to convert the design. The data team will turn the submitted file into a cutting-compatible template.
3. Wait for the cloud upload. After conversion is complete, the finished template will be uploaded to the Mietubl cloud database.
4. Connect the machine to the internet. The Mietubl cutting machine will automatically sync the new design from the cloud database when it has an internet connection.

Understand What the Machine Supports

The supported method is cloud-based template conversion and synchronization. Direct uploading from the machine itself is not supported, including direct uploads of SVG, AI, PDF, and CorelDRAW files. Sending the source design to the data team is therefore required when you want to add a custom design that is not already available in the cloud database.

Completion and Processing Limitations

The process is complete when the converted template has been uploaded to the Mietubl cloud database and the internet-connected machine automatically syncs it. Processing time may vary depending on the complexity of the submitted design. If the custom template is needed for a particular purpose or timeframe, submit the request early. The machine cannot bypass this process by directly importing the original external design file.
